Ticket Policy for PSC Academy Events

1. Ticket Purchase:

a. All ticket purchases for PSC Academy events are non-transferable and non-refundable.

b. Tickets can be purchased through our official website or authorized ticketing partners only.

c. The ticket purchaser must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the purchase process.

2. Ticket Confirmation:

a. Upon successful completion of the ticket purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the transaction.

b. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure the receipt of the confirmation email. Please check spam/junk folders if necessary.

3. Entry and Identification:

a. Each ticket is valid for one person only and must be presented in digital or printed form at the event entrance.

b. Valid identification matching the ticket holder's name may be required for entry.

c. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources or resold in any manner may be deemed invalid, and the holder may be denied entry.

4. Event Changes and Cancellations:

a. PSC Academy reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any event without prior notice.

b. In the case of event cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via email, and a refund process, if applicable, will be communicated.

c. PSC Academy will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by ticket holders due to event changes or cancellations.

5. Event Etiquette:

a. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the event.

b. Any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others may result in removal from the event without refund.

6. Event Photography and Recording:

a. Photography, video recording, or any form of audiovisual capture during the event is strictly prohibited unless otherwise authorized by PSC Academy.

b. Official event photographers and videographers may be present. By attending the event, ticket holders consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

7. Liability:

a. PSC Academy, its organizers, partners, and staff shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event.

b. Ticket holders assume all risks and responsibilities associated with attending the event.
