TRUE EDUCATION BEYOND TRADITIONAL NORMS

PSC Academy is a Registered Training Provider Which is leading By Founder & CEO: Mr. Jafar Jafari "Master. Jeff" and
Co-Founder & CEO: Mr. Ehsan Jafari. PSC Academy was established to inspire and make a change in every lives for the better.

It is our core belief that every person has untapped potential for success locked away within them. Through unwavering focus and dedication, hard work and discipline, we believe anyone can uncover the potential to become more successful, proficient and positive. Unfortunately, traditional forms of education have neglected the nurture and development of this potential, resulting in many people today being unable to achieve their goals and dreams, or even live the lives they want. Recognizing this need, the PSC Academy team has come together and carefully curated a selection of unique courses and training workshops which address all areas of life, and will enable a complete transformation of mind, body and spirit for all.

A large part of our success story is due to the revolutionary learning methods we employ, that focus on training and educating through the collective formula of science, hard work and practice. These methods are integrated within each of our courses, and are dynamically geared to have a lasting impact and a permanent change.

EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY

Famed civil rights activist and Nelson Mandela once famously said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” A more educated labor force is more mobile and adaptable, can learn new tasks and new skills more easily, can use a wider range of technologies and sophisticated equipment (including newly emerging ones), and is more creative in thinking about how to improve the management of work. All of these attributes not only make a more highly skilled worker more productive than a less skilled one, but also enable employers to organize their work places differently and adjust better to changes necessitated by competition-by technical advances or by changes in consumer demand.

A firm with better educated workers can perform better in these dimensions, so as to boost economy with a better educated workforce. Skills beget more skills and new ways of doing business, workers learn from one another, and firms adapt their technology and their use of capital to the skills of the available work force. Further, these kinds of indirect effects for the firm or the economy as a whole may be especially important in an increasingly competitive global marketplace.

For decades, the primary argument in justifying education has been based on its direct economic effects. Yet education also provides “social benefits” for individuals and society at large, including a better way of taking care of ourselves, and consequently creating a better society to live in.

“Education is the most powerful weapon that we can use to change the world.”

- Nelson Mandela
